Jairo E. Bernal Macias, Bogotá, 1962. Abogado Consultor Social. Su libro Juego de Manos obtuvo el primer premio de poesía universitaria UCC 2000, convocado en Medellín. Ha sido coordinador editorial de distintas publicaciones de poesía en Bogotá y corresponsal de notas culturales en medios radiales y escritos, también ha ejercido como Jefe de Prensa y es miembro actual del Comité Coordinador del XIV Festival Internacional de Poesía de Bogotá 2006.
